Generation 3 – it's the latest Honda CR-V 4x4 wagon, better looking and with more of a focus on "driving like a sedan" than the model it replaces after being around in some parts of the world since 1995 and in South Africa since 1997 with a facelift in 2002.
The car was launched to the media on Wednesday, a day ahead of the official opening of the 2006 Auto Africa expo at Nasrec in south-western Johannesburg, at a media event at the Theatre on the Track at Kyalami – one model only on view and no time for a test drive.
