Factory rack or aftermarket?

I want a roof rack on my 08' to eventually carry a kayak. I cant decide between a honda rack or say a yakima or thule? The honda rack is a little more inconspicuous than the tall platforms of the aftermarkets? The kayak carriers will all seem to fit either one since there are so many options out there now. Any of you carrying a kayak right now and wish you would have done a different setup?

Click on SEARCH and use kayak. There are a number of posts, some with pictures even, that should give you some ideas on which to go with.

the honda rack may be more inconspicuous, but the yakima and Thule are removable when you don't need them and fit the OEM mounting points.
