My dogs love my CR-V

Hi all, I'm new to the forum but I belong to another forum. My two dogs love my CR-V because they can be harnessed in the back seat and still see out the side windows. I don't trust putting them in the cargo area because they would still be thrown around if I was hit. :eek:

Our Chinese Crested "Brutus" loves the center console. With his pillow, it's his "seat" between mama&papa.:p

We've got two dogs as well, and we always put them in the back seat rather than in the cargo area--I think the cargo area is a crumple zone. :eek: And we feel better about them having at least the possibility of the rear airbags helping backseat riders. We keep a sheet draped over the entire back seat to protect the fabric and they're happy as clams sitting there enjoying the view.

PS: Our 52-lb Australian shepherd has a bad habit of riding with his front feet on the center tray. Dang, that thing is sturdier than it looks! :D
