Installing DRL's?

Has anyone installed DRL's on a 2005 CR-V? Or, does anyone have a diagram of the headlight circuit?

I don't believe you can enable it.
In the Engine Compartment, one of the Fuse boxes (I think it is the small one), is a fuse spot for the Daytime Running lamps. In mine, this fuse is empty. I attempted to insert a fuse into it, but this fuseholder has no attachment clips and wouldn't accept a fuse.

I guess if you want DRL, you will have to take it to the dealer, or buy a Canadian version of the CR-V.

I have seen posts similar on other forums, and they say that DRL will cause decreased fuel mileage.
