Factory Fog lights Different?

I'm just wondering, are the factory fog lights in Asia and US different in wiring? The reason I ask is because we baught a set of fog lights for the '06 crv in the Philippines and when I tried to install it or looked at the installation manual the wiring harness that came with the kit seems different from the manual.. Does anybody know? Thanks in advance...
