1998 Cr-v

Hi all. I'm looking for help. I am on the fence about purchasing a 98 CR-V. It is in great shape mechanically and the interior and exterior look great...but...it has 207,000 miles. Any thoughts on this?

under 5 grand easy, even if it's a manual, and it will need a lot of maintenence, if not done already. Valve job, rear dif fluid, oil,tranny, radioator flush, all belts, timing, cap,rotor, plugs, wires, clutch, check brakes, lines, timing belt, oil pump, compression/leakdown check.
