Anyway I've owned my 01 CR for a year now. Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've very active with cars as i have owned many over the years, current pride and joy Nissan 240sx.

Cr-V is the Daily and i almost considered selling it because i want a Toyota Prerunner or something similar. The only reason i would consider getting an actual truck is because the CR is very disappointing when it comes to engine power and performance.

i love the design of the cr-v i love the stock trunk table and the amazing room in the cabin. But it need more power:( this little suv is the best vehicle but needs more power and it would be 10times better.

so i enjoy the reads on this web site and will be following the exaggerated directions on how to flush my transmission this weekend. Will be spending lots of money on all that fluid.

So, I take it you want more power for the CR-V? Yeah, it's a trade-off that is made to sacrifice power to make up for mileage. Sucks.

currently trying to research info on if tranny can hold up with a v Tec head or Booost.

if you have any good links post em. thx


& its just that i like the truck so much and would love to take it everywhere but want a little more "GET UP" if you know what i mean:)
