Installing keyless entry '02 LX

Anyone here install the "genuine factory" keyless entry on a Gen 2 CR-V? I found it at H and A, and the price is much less than I expected. Is installation as straightforward as the instruction sheet makes it look?

I haven't done one on a CRV but i have done them on Elements and they took about 10 minutes to do from start to finish. The hardest part is the programming of the remotes if they are not already programmed when you recieve them.

Since I see you are from Ajax, any idea where to order these from in Canada, outside of going to a dealer?
