flasher relay location?

Can someone please explain to me where the flasher relay is located in the V? Is it hard to access?

I seen something about and MICU that controls lighting somewhere. I think it was built into the interior fuse panel in the lower dash. There may not be a flasher relay.

I found the same thing in the service manual. The flasher circuit is built into the MICU.
