I have a 2007 EX, and unfortunately it is without the XM.

Anyone have any good solutions to this? I have an aftermarket one in my Jeep, but would like a clean installation. I don't like exposed wires all over.

What would it take to have one installed like the EX-L?

Can I splice into the AUX input easily?

Any suggestions are appreciated, the wife really wants her XM back. Her 6-speed accord had it and she's already missing it after only having this CRV for 5 days.

Thanks!

You'd either have to go with an external unit or replace the factory head unit entirely. If you went with a factory headunit with XM built in, you'd probably spend a fortune on a low quality unit and still have to get the Honda antennae and wire. Best solution would be a new radio if you're against the external unit.

Welcome to the CRV-OC!

I justed purchased an 2007 EX.

I did alot of research on the xm radio option.

I think the easiest(maybe not) depends on your mechanical ability is to buy the original Honda xm radio package and install it yourself.

Any question please email me.
