I don't know about anyone else, but I love that up-front six-disc changer, and the look of the interior of my Cr-v. I didn't want to change any of it, but I did, however want some hidden sound equipment taht would blow anyone's mind thinking it was stock car. I treated it kinda like monster garage, except that on the inside, it appears stock as well. On the back of the radio up front, I installed an I-pod hook up that's hard-wired into it and the I-pod sits inside the cubby beneath the radio, unseen. The speakers I replaced with JBL's all around, and that took a while, those door panels are hard to remove- and also on the back of the stereo went a high-low pass filter, so that I could run a subwoofer off the stock radio, as well as amplifiers for all the new speakers to increase the volume on that stock radio. The 1000 watt amp I put under the passenger seat and removed the little pull-out box that went there. (also un-noticable) the amp cannot be seen when the seats are in the standard position. Then there's the single 10" sub woofer I installed in the trunk. IT has a proper size box made from scratch and is pulling all 1000 watts by itself without a problem. (custom tweaked). But the kicker (pun) is that when you open the rear hatch, nothing is there. The box is in the spare tire bin...

... and the best part is, the picnic table is still in the trunk, fitted in the same exact spot. This box is so small, that it fits under the table inside the tire bin. Dang... I know. But like I said, it's properly sized for the sub and it works... AESOME!!!

Then there's night-time, where all the equipment lights up with blue lights I bought from a computer store, some of them are fans under the seat that cool the amp, and others are wired behind the dash and appear through small cracks in the stock pieces. Out of sight, out of mind, but this baby looks stock. But it's now packing the same amount of equipment you'd see all sprawled out over someone's Escalade. I'm going the route of sound on my CR-v. I'd like to hear if someone partook in the same endeavour, and I'll post pictures of how everything fits inside the car. Also, I'm going to order a pair of those altezza tail-lights for it that are all black, just for that dramatic truck effect.
