I'm P!@#$D.
We took the CR-V to Colorado on vacation.
I stayed for a week and then flew hom to return to work. My Wife and Daughter stayed for 2 more weeks.
While my Wife and Daughter were there my Wife's 14 year old neice opened the rear passenger side door into the open door of their rental vehicle ("it was an accident"). My door struck the edge of their vehicle and got a nice ding/crease under the handle.
I have used paintless dent repair before with mixed results.
This afternoon I left my NBP CR-V in the sun with 95 degree temperatures. After it got hot I sprayed liquid CO2 on the door near the divot with the hope that the sudden contraction of the metal would reduce/eliminate the crease. It is better but not as good as I had hoped.
On the way home I am going to pick up some dry ice and try to reduce the ding further.
Any other suggestions from the collective?
