We will be buying a new awd wagon or small suv in 07-08. My wife says that heated cloth seats are mandatory(hates leather/vinyl). Please consider making them available in the CR-V and Element. Right now our only option appears to be the Subie Outback, a nice car but not our first choice.

I'm pretty sure, but I have been wrong before, in CR-V's only the seat is heated, not the back. But on Subaru's, both are heated.

Anyone here to confirm or deny this?

On our EX-L the driver's back and seat and the passenger seat only are heated.

Good. On gen 2 models with seat heaters, only the front seat bottoms are heated. Driver and passenger. Not the backrests.

Seat heaters can be added:

I don't have any first hand experience with their seat heaters but I have added their lumbar supports and they work really well.

Interesting. That's something that I miss. Lumbar support. Adjustable?

Also wish the front of the seat could be raised.

I know. Bitch, bitch, bitch. :p
