I have a 2005 CR-V and love the vehicle...with one exception. Both of the front seat bottoms are extremely level. I always feel as though I am sliding forward in the seat. This also results in my right leg resting on the hard console support near the radio and dash stack.
Does anyone know of a way to elevate the front of the seat bottom assemblies so I can get more support to the backs of the legs while driving?

The only I can think of doing would be to remove the 2 front seat bolts and buy longer ones with a washer or bushing added in to raise the front some. Don't buy cheap bolts. Go with grade 8 bolts for safety. In an accident, you don't want the seat breaking loose.

Thanks for the idea. I have thought of the same fix but wondered how much the aft mounts would need to bend to accomodate the front change.
I'll keep working the issue and keep you all informed.
