This trip was back at the end of June, while I was on leave. One of our best records for MPG.

Sounds great! 31MPG!
I’m not sure how Honda does the calculation they display.
The mileage is no problem accurately.
How Honda measures the fuel used accurately is a mystery.
Down to a tenth of an MPG calculations?
Kind of like displaying 150MPG as reported in the forum! Aberrations!!!.
Then again I might just be pre Honda’s MM minded.
But for maximum accuracy it would be best to use up most of a tank.
Not ½, not even 2/3 of a tank. Better still over more than one tank full.
Then I might see accuracy down to a tenth. Best case.
The next time it might be lower than expected. So it will averages out.
The average of several fill ups is the true and accurate MPG is all I know.
Like I said, I am pre Honda minded.
That might change shortly.
Using a tank fuel gauge there cannot be even accuracy better than several MPGs.
Until I see how it works I will do it the old fashion way using the amount I put in the tank as shown by the pump. To .o1 gallons. Not .oo1.
Divided into the number of miles!
At the moment the display is just a toy to me. Useful for those with a led foot.
Maybe Honda is using a cesium fuel meter, analogous to the cesium clock! :)
If you see those numbers next tank full then you are golden!
Congrats!

If you do not use Cruise Control (CC), that number might get bumped up somewhat.
I noticed that the green CC light was on.
Although that does not mean it was used at all.
Having hand controls I use CC al the time.
