2002 MTF Transmission Oil Change

Hi,

I want to change the transmission oil in my 2002 V-TEC manual, the owners manual, says use only Honda MTF. My Honda dealer doesn't stock it and uses engine oil. What should I be using here. Would like a good quality synthetic if possible.

Any synthetic with the same viscosity that the manual calls for is perfectly fine.
