Hiya.
I'm here in Arizona, fresh from 12 years in Germany (working for the US Army).
I shipped my kitted and pimped 2005 Celica, only to find rough and uneven roads, and more reasons for the wife to hate it.
(Check it: http://www.newcelica.org/forums/showthread.php?t=276529&referrerid=21659 )

So we traded.

I picked up a 2007 CRV with only 5k miles on it, and for only $17,900, so I think we did good.
(Check it: http://www.newcelica.org/forums/showthread.php?t=286778&referrerid=21659 )

It's nice to be able to go anywhere and park anywhere now, that's for sure.
I couldn't help but look and see if a CRV forum existed, as I was active on both newcelica.org and celica-community.de (German). My last meet in Germany was with 38 Celi's all pimped and runnin' the Autobahns, then lined up in front of a palace.
(Check it: http://www.celica-community.de/showthread.php?t=10943&referrerid=479 )

I'm gonna try not to over-accesorize the CRV... but I do see some things already... :D;)

welcome!

i'm big toyota fan and that is one beautiful celica!

your crv is CHEAP! US$17,900 = approx. C$20k
i can never buy a 2007 crv with 5k miles for C$20k. cheapest used 2007 crv in my area would be a minimum of C$27k for the LX and that translates into approx. US$23k

btw, beautiful pics of the celica meet. :)

Great deal!

Where in Germany were you stationed?

I spent two years in Worms, then a break, then 12 straight years - 2 in Augsburg, 10 in Heidelberg. :D

Were you also in Deutschland?

btw - you have a source for "K&N Typhoon SRI"
... and would also love to see pix of your setup: "Alpine/Orion 10" Sub and Amp".

Gruß, Eric

I've been all over Germany and Europe, but I've spent a good amount of years in Germany. I spent most of my time in Ludwigshafen on the Parkinsel and across the Rhein in Mannheim.

I got my intake as a gift, but you can purchase it through K&N or through another retailer. It also fits the base RSX with the K20. I will have to dig for some pictures of my sub setup, but I'll tell you now it is nothing fancy. Just a single 10 in a nice box with an Alpine amp...
