What '07 Color did you buy?

The wife and I have narrowed our colors down to taffeta white or whistler silver metallic with the grey interior on a EX-L 4wd navi.

What colors have others chosen?

We really liked the Borrego beige metallic, but it only has ivory leather available. I will be the primary driver and my wife said I am too messy to have light color interior. Between coffee, tea, eating, and running on muddy trails, she is right. But the color is cool.

Anyway, the color selection overal is pretty cool, just wonderig what others have gotten or are thinking about getting.

Dude, it's kind of like asking if anyone purchased 2wd vs 4wd, manual vs auto, LX vs EX.

I did not realize some people are so sensative about the color of their vehicle.

Black Ex-AWD with black cloth...Black Honda mats (frt./rear)and cargo mat. Front splash guards...Selected black exterior because it blended well with the black bumpers and lower clading....Black interior just seemed like the right choice for us...BTW our second choice was silver...

My point is that Honda makes the CR-V in, I think, 8 colors. You can bet your life that all colors are sold. So what's the point of asking what others bought? If everybody replied, you'll get answers for every color. What would that tell you?

Like everyone else does, get the color you like. Not what the most or least popular one is. But of course you will, right? Sensitivity has absolutely nothing to do with it.

And yes. You are correct. It is just like asking if anyone bought a LX or EX or 2WD or 4WD, etc, etc. If Honda makes them, they will sell them.

Color is a personal choice. Seems to me I read recently that silver is the most popular choice. Black is way down the list.

But who cares what the statistics are. Buy what you like. ;)

If the wife sees one in person, I am sure we would no longer own an 04 Chianti Red...

The only colors I've seen on the road are silver, black, light blue here in Memphis.

To the poster that inquired about the Tango Red. It was more of a bluish red and not a orangey-red. It reminds me of a nail polish by OPI called, "I am not really a waitress."

It is a beautiful color and very classy.

I bought Glacier Blue... but only because that's all the dealer had on the lot in the trim level I wanted. I would have been completely happy with the red or the gold, too (apologies for not knowing the "official" color names offhand.)

I am still trying to decide on accessories. Which ones should I install myself, and which ones should I let the dealership install? Any opinions out there?

My Honda CRV looks great in my driveway. I did pay the additional $1300 for paint protection, anti rust Ziebart and LoJack thing. Only thing I dislike about the Glacier Blue is road salt tends to stand out before it is washed off. The tan leather seats complement the color.

I saw a red on the road the other day. They don't seem to be making many of them at the moment. My saleswoman says she has a waiting list for the red. I don't doubt it.

I went with the Glacier Blue. The body side moldings are a nice, though pricey, accessory you can add yourself. When I got done (15 min) and stood back they looked like they had come that way from the factory. Other must have accessories for me was the rear tray liiner and front mud flaps. I have the foglights arriving this week and will also be changing out the whimpy horns while I have the bumper off.

Now if I could just figure where to mount my Ham radio..........

I am trying to decide myself the Borrego Beige Metallic is my choice due to it doesen't show the dirt much , as I have a 96 Accord in Casmere. I perfer the lighter leather due to living in Florida, as black and the dark grey leather is way to hot . As here in florida gets over 95 degrees in the summer with humdity as well.

Though I haven't seen the Whistler Silver Metallic or the Royal Blue Pearl , at all here. I have seen Green Tea Metallic,Taffeta White, Nighthawk Black Pearl, and Glacier Blue.

We just purchased an Ex. in metallic glacier blue with gray interior and we're picking it up tomorrow.

I currently drive a white mini van and I thought I was going to go with either white again or get the silver, but when I saw the metallic glacier blue I just had to have it! It's an anniversary gift to me from my DH and I can't wait to pick it up tomorrow!

A bonus: it will be easy to find in parking lots!

Hi everyone, Im a new (2week old) owner. I finally decided on the Borrego Beige 4wd w/nav. But I also put alot of extras on it (since I keep a car for 10+ years) and it is one hot looking car. I live in SC and had to go to NC for this one...they just cant keep these things in stock and I can see why!

Glacier Blue Metallic with gray leather interior. I'd rather have had black leather but I don't thing they offer it. I just sold a black Impala SS, first black car I've ever owned, and I swear I'll never buy another black auto. Just too darn hard to keep clean!! Also, with the darker colors, if you look closely at the paint from the factory you can see what's called "orange peel" which is slight imperfections. It just takes too much time and effort to wet sand dark paint to prevent orange peel and auto mfg. don't do it. It really bothered me on my Impala and looking around at the V's I noticed the same thing.

What ever the color get something that's easy to keep clean and looks good even with the factory finish.

I bought a Tango Red EX-L in March - looks terrific and I've had a lot of positive comments. Most of the available colors look great to me, except one. I'm afraid Tea Green just isn't my cup of tea (hahahaha)

Geez, I can't remember... oh Black Pearl, Nighthawk Black Pearl with black cloth seats and privacy glass. Totally awesome. I don't like light colored cars and always go for the darker colors. The only other dark color except black was the blue and it was so dark I figured I may as well get the black. I always wanted a black car, but you know they are so hard to clean etc. True enough--but it really looks sharp after you wash it ...for 10 minutes. I am generally not a fan of red but I have to say this photo from the brochure could change my mind. To the right we have the Pearl. What a gnarly looking car. I love it.

Regarding orange peal, I have seen it in every car I owned, the Honda has it but not that bad.
