Our first CR-V (UK)

Hi Folks,

Just wanted to say hello, myself and the wife has just got our CR-V, its a 2006 Sport (auto). We have never had a car like this before, it has always been small hatch-backs in the past, so as you can guess it's a big step-up in many ways!!

We are a little bit worried by the size of a CR-V, but just love the way it flows down the road.

We will be picking it up on the 1/2/07, and can not wait to bring it home!!

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the welcome, we picked up the CR-V and took it for a good run that night, Wow what a car!!

As I said we have only had very small city cars before, so the CR-V is something else!!

It's a 05/06 shape, petrol "Sport" (UK model name) (I don't know the US name for this model) with auto trans, it's colour is "Cosmic" with black cloth trim.

We got it second-hand with 5000 on the clock, it came with a fully paid up "Buget Plan" for the service, so we wont have to pay for a service until 4 years or 60000 miles have pasted, and the Honda manufacturer guarantee has also been extended to 2009!!

We added sidesteps (wife is 4 foot 7') and A-Glaze to keep the paint looking nice.

I will post some pic's ASAP.

We are in West Sussex, Storrington.
