Sat Nav coverage

Hi,

We're going on a trip in December to the low countires to visit friends and family and thinking of taking the CRV.
Does anyone know if the Sat Nav which came with the exec model of the previous incarnation(54-plate) of CRV covers roads in Europe?

If anyone has experience of using this abroad, hints, tips & recommendations are more than welcome.

No one's used a UK spec previous model satnav abroad?

I've driven over to Italy six times in my previous 54 plate CRV - sat nav was fine and covered the route adequately for me apart from it insisting in trying to take me via Paris.
