How's it going?
I just picked up a 2004 CR-V last week and so far am liking it. I actually went to this from having a leased 2007 Civic Si. I loved my Si, but I needed something bigger and more utilitarian for transporting my DJ equipment when I do private functions. The numbers worked out in my favor so I made the switch.
Some things I plan on doing is mounting my Nuvi 660 in the covered pocket under the radio and wiring it from behind so I can shut the cover. I bought the external antenna for it and I'll probably mount it towards the front of the windshield under the dash trim so there will be no visible traces of a GPS unit. Another thing I'm considering is going with an Avic and selling my portable GPS. I haven't decided what to do on that.
One of the funniest things I like about the CR-V is the folding picnic table. I laughed my ass off when I saw that but hey, I'll find uses for it! :D
