For all EX owners from Greece read below and let’s do something about it...!!!

Dear Sir
Thank you for your email. I apologise for the delay in responding.
Firstly I would like to answer your question on the issue of the aux socket, It is very difficult to diagnose a fault without the vehicle on site, however it could be that the electrical plug at the rear of the audio unit is not connected correctly .( not fully pushed in). however there are a number of other reasons that could cause this and it would be best to have the vehicle looked at under the warranty by your nearest Honda dealership.
The second concern you raise regarding the navigator system fitted to your Honda vehicle . Yes the mapping is available for Greece from Navteq but is not as comprehensive as it is for many other countries in Europe, for this reason and also a commercial decision by the importers to Greece they have opted not support this option.
Unfortunately the conversation between yourself and the sales person in Greece regarding any comments made during the sale would need to be raised directly with the selling dealership .
All of these matters should be taken up directly with the supplying Honda dealer . If they are unable to resolve or answer any questions you should request the contact details of the importers head office (customer relations department) who would be best placed to answer you concerns. .
I hope this in part answers your questions and I apologise for having to refer you back to Greece .
Regards
