THANKS H&A -Cabin filter savings!

I just replaced the cabin filters in both our CRV and our E. First time change for both. I got the filters form H&A .With shipping $43. I wondered what I saved so I call the local dealer and got a quote for replacing the cabin filters. I almost fell out of my chair when they said $ 109.00 each. With local tax that would be $239.80. I saved $196.20 and it took about 15 min to do each one. THANK YOU H&A!!!!!!!!

What year is the CRV and how many miles have you got?

Is this the first time you change them? I have an '07

ROMAN, I change both of mine out every 15k. We live in a very pollen heavy area and the cabin filter is quite dirty after 6-7 months.

Oh incidentally I got the 2 subcode on the MMI for changing the engine air & cabin filters the day before yesterday. 23,870 miles code A12. I changed both on the second oil change at 16,000.

That is exactly what mine look like after 6-7 months...great photo's BP! Mine are due to put in at the end of this month, glad I keep a set handy. :)

GREAT POST! I wish I had seen it before I did mine . It would have saved me stumbling around with the glove box some time. My filter was almost black. I will change it twice a year from now on.
