i own a 2003 crv,the service engine light is on and won't go off,last feb i had it checked when it came on they said it was a loose wireon the gas tank,and a clog tube,so whats wrong now ,how can i do now???

It may be the same problem, or possibly a different one. I'd take the V back to the shop and have 'em check it out.
