At last I received my new 2007 LX CRV Glacier Blue. The navigation feature is wonderful on trips but must agree that hubby makes all the settings on it since I am not good at learning new gadgets yet. We took a drive to West Virginia during the snow and ice storms with no problems getting up the mountains with it's 4WD system. It is my first time with leather seats and even though the seat heater takes a while, it does help on cold mornings. I will never listen to regular radio again and after the 3 month XM Radio expires I will renew. If you pay 3 years in advance, you get 3 months free for the XM.
My only problem is with the Honda Financial Services. We traded in a 2004 Honda CRV and didn't have the funds avaiable at that time for the remainder and the dealer recommended opening up financing just for the first month instead of them taking an IOU like the other dealer did on my 2004. When the funds were available we contacted Honda Financial Services in Atlanta and were given an address to send a check. We sent it certified mail but so far they say they never received it even though we received a signed return card. We had to put a stop payment on the check and apparently will have to send one again via FED-EX to Hondas drop box. When contacting them on the phone it is as if I am talking to a high school students and they are rather rude.
Anyway, I love my new Honda and had the rust proofing, paint protection and the Lojack installed. The dealer even set up a car rental for the day it was done. I have had friends ask why I bought a Japanese car instead of a Chevy or Ford and I responded with telling them at least my Honda will last me for 10 years instead of my past USA vehicles which were on the scrap heep in 4 or 5 years.

Well here it is the end of March and at last we were able to pay off our new CRV. After HONDA Financing Corp in Atlanta told us our second check must have been lost, we contacted an attorney who then contacted Honda. In two days we were notified that they "found" our cashiers check. I just hope all businesses are not going the same route by hiring minorities who do not know how to relate to customers. We just received the title release "at last"
