I've been looking for the CR-V Sport Decals for my 99 V. As of yet I have not been able to find them.:( Does anyone know where I can get them?
Thanks in advance.:)

I've been looking into the same thing. Try the Dodge Dakota. Its Sport decals look close enough to me.

Here's a pic of an early - 1991-1996 Dakota Sport. Is this the decal you are looking for?

Acually I was hoping to find the same ones like Mezz64 has on his V. The Dakota Sport Decal is nice but I really like the ones on Mezz's V.

I saw his pics too. It looked good. I looked around for a while before I found any pics of a Dakota Sport with an actual decal. Maybe newer ones have better one?

I found a Decal Artist in Canada that Custom makes Vinyl decals. I sent Him photo's of Mezz's CR-V. ( I Hope that's OK Mezz. Sorry I didn't ask permission beforehand) I'm waiting to hear back from him to see if he will be able to duplicate the Decals. If so, I will post a link to his eBay store and let him know to expect a surge of orders.

Well for "CR-V Sport" it would run $31.41 just for the letters before tax and shipping. A bit steep if you ask me.
I'll be getting the Custom Vinyl set (3 appliques) for $15.00 all inclusive
A little expensive. But it would look good.

I like that. You get what you pay for. Vinyl is OK, but it's looks like vinyl. Something you get at Auto Zone or Walmart.
I know people who have paid around 25 dollars and more for VTEC and 4WD emblems. If you like it, you buy it. ;)
This type of emblem looks like it belongs. I just may remove my rear OEM CR-V and replace it with something custom made. Or have something made for the fenders.
Something to think about. :D

I have inadvertently made Mezz64's Great looking CR-V an International Icon. EdgeVinylGraphics80 used the pics I sent him to showcase the Decals in his eBay store.
Mezz64,
If you would rather he not use the pics of your V I will gladly ask him to remove them and will send him Pics of my V instead when the Decals arrive. I appologize for any inconvienience but they were the only pics of the Decals that I knew of.:o
Now everyone can Have thier own CR-V Sport Decals!!! Woo Hoo!!!:p

Actually Vinyl is the most widely used material for pinstriping and decals on new vehicles now. A lot easier and faster than painting. Once set & sealed, Vinyl will last for the lifetime of the vehicle if proper care is taken.

I'd say give the seller new pics anyway just for the sake of clarity. If I didn't already know what they looked like, those pics sure wouldn't sell me on them.

That's a good Idea. I will take some photos when I install my set and send them to him. Didn't think of it that way.

Yea I have no problem with the seller using photo's of my V but mine are OEM decals and while I haven't seen the ones that are being sold I doubt they are exactly the same. Here's a close-up btw: http://www.superbluecrv.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=2828&g2_serialNumber=2

Yes, You are probably right there but I'll settle for "Close Enough" since I haven't been able to find the real McCoy.
Thanks,
