Looking at a 2007 EX, no leather, so it has the table vs. the console, were is the aux and power jack on the EX???

The AUX jack is on the player (on dash). The Aux power jack is located below the shifter. :)

On the EX (without leather and without the center console) the AUX jack is located on the rear side of the tray table next to the 12 volt outlet. It works great, BTW.
