You didn't list what year? However, the real Honda ones bolt-on.

I just tried the link. Takes me right to the instruction sheet. Do you have adobe acrobat reader? It is a .pdf file

I have the skid plate. It's easy to install. But if your skirt is beat up or the cross bar bent have fun installing it.

I replaced both.

When i Installed the skidplate on my 2000 4WD CRV I removed 4 bolts, switched them with the included bolts and mounted the skidplate.
