Drivers seat problem

I've had my new 2009 CRV LX for 10 days. The driver's seat is broken. One side of the release mechanism won't release to allow moving the seat on the track. It looks like the one side is actually disconnected from the mechanism. It worked one time to adjust the seat when I picked up the vehicle. Anyone else have this problem? The dealer has never seen this before.

I have a 2009 EX and so does my neighbor neither has this issue. Time for the dealer to make you satisfied.

Sorry to hear about your seat! I haven't seen any other complaints regarding the mechanical seats in the LX or EX, although some one had trouble with the power seat rocking in an EX-L. I assume that the dealer is going to fix it up for you.

The dealer seemed just as angry about this problem as I was. They gave me a new odyssey to drive with only 3 miles on it. They fixed the problem and I got my car back in 3 days. I was pleased. Hopefully no more surprises.

My 2008 EX has the mechanical lever to pump seat for height adjustment. My seat needs to be in the upmost setting however after a day or so it (creeps) down and I have to raise it again.Has anyone else heard of or have this issue?
