cd player does not work sometime

i have 99 crv ex model

probelm is, sometime my cd player does not work ,like when i put cd in player after its says on screen, error and then cd come out. and after 10 -15 minutes i try same cd /other it works fine. some time its not work at all so i just turn it off . so if u have some clue let me know

The INSIDE of the CD player is probably dirty. ie, the laser can't read the CD too well. Either try one of the cleaning kits you can buy at Radio Shack, etc. or try a gentle blowing of air via one of those cans of air. Since they are not good of a head unit to begin with, don't waste much effort on it. You can get a new aftermarket head unit installed at places like Best Buy that will sound much better for under $150.

i tried with radioshake laser cd cleaner but that cleaning cd is not worked for that still it says error.now i m thinking to get cheap mp3 player . if u have any advise let me know
