How do I resize the pics?

I finally have some pics to share but cannot figure out how to resize them. The files are too big. Thanks!

One of my favorites is the Microsoft Image Resizer Tool, available here:

It allows you to right click on a picture and resize it almost immediately. Works very well.

If you use one of the free picture hosting services like imageshack, you can resize when you upload. It will give you a URL which you list when you do your post instead of uploading the pic to this site. Then you can use the URL on multiple sites if you want.

IRfanview is one i use and its free download, search for "irfanview" if interested;)
