I do love my 2007 Honda CRV Glacier Blue with Navigation but have a terrible problem with Honda Financing. Sent in a personal check for payoff and waited 3 weeks for the check to clear and was told I should stop payment. Well, they sent me the title release before they realized my check more or less bounced. Two weeks ago I sent a Cashiers check and so far they have no idea where it is and it hasn't cleared. You have to deal with only a Post Office Box number when sending payments and they are terrible to communicate with. It seems as though I am talking to high school kids when I do get through to a representative. It would be much better to go through a bank or credit union since they don't seem to care about individuals.

Strange. We financed the 04 thru them and have had one of the best experiences of any auto finance we have ever had. (I have only talked to them twice in 2.5 years though).

Don't they require a certified check or cashier's check when the car is to be paid off?? It would've saved you this trouble. But, hey, you have the title without even paying it off!! LOL

I financed mine through them back in 03 and have never had to call them about any problems.

Try to retrieve your cashiers check, and then watch them scramble... :-)

Never a issue here purchased in 06 have had nothing but great results I called them a month after i purchased to move my payment due date and it was no issue. I pay on line again no issue at all easy to work and deal with. Not sure on the post as it says my check bounced did you send the checks certified mail if not then that could be your answer(s).
