Low compression,
But runs (idles) well
no smoke.
The lowest possible price I can come up with on Kellys Blue Book is $3905.00
I know it's not worth that.

$3950 sounds way high ( I don't trust KBB at all) I am sending you a PM.

You may be able to cheaply repair that head. Pull the head and replace the exhaust valves and put it back on. If you are a DIY'er, $150 could net you an extra $1500 on a sale.
