I just bought a factory refurbished Garmin 2610 Street Pilot on E-Bay (as did my neighbor). I paid $265.00 for a unit that sold two years ago for $700.00 to $800.00. The unit carries a factory 1 year warranty just like a new Garmin unit.
It comes with a car mount, factory MapSource DVD (you can download mapping for all of North America/Canada if you purchase a 2 GB SanDisk Compact Flash memory card.........it comes with a 128 MB card), and the power cords to run the unit indoors or in your vehicle. I purchased it primarily for my motorcycles (it is waterproof for 30 minutes at one meter of water submersion), but it worked fine the other day in my '07 CRV EX-L.

This unit is hard to beat for the money...............

I bought the Garmin c330 recently and I've been very impressed by it. It's affordable (about $250 US currently) and it's so easy to use. Even my wife figured it out without much help from me and she usually avoids these gadgets. For the money, I think I did extremely well on this purchase. If you look at the reviews on Amazon.com as well, you'll also see that the c330 gets rave reviews right and left compared to other models.
Sure, you can spend more and get more but honestly...this thing does everything I'd need.
