How do you Change Front Side Lights?

This may seem a really silly question, but how do you change the front Side Light’s on a 1998 CR-V?

It looks completely closed off, and surely I shouldn’t have to undo a hundred screws etc??

Apologises but I’ve searched everywhere.

Have a look at the attachment.

To replace the signal/marker bulbs you have to pull down the fender liner.
