my girlfriend has a crv that had an issue about 5 years ago, when cold it would not shift. she took it to the dealer and they charged her $700 for something- she doesn't remember what it was and i wasn't around then.
so recently it started to do the same thing. so im asking any one know what it could be?
its a 2000 CRV 4wd with automatic trans. i plan to change the fluid and filter but anything else that i should consider? after all that shouldn't be $700 from a dealer. i'm almost temped to say its a temperature sensor in the tranny but i don't know enough about Honda's to be that certain.
