I agree.... I have ordered from them since 2001, and they are great. Depending on what you order, like running boards or back-up sensors, make sure you read the on-line installation instructions to make sure installing is within your abilities/facilities/tools.

You can check either of my other forums -
www.elementownersclub.com
www.ridgelineownersclub.com
- and you'll see that H-and-A has been around for a long time and they have a great reputation. They help sponsor my forums and Trevor, our contact, is great to work with.

I ordered my skid plate, CRV Bra and Passenger side armrest from them with no problems.
Their prices are much lower than my dealerships prices.

It's too bad they're not allowed to ship to Canada :(
I wish there was a discount genuine Honda parts dealer up here!

Very good to deal with. Bought floormats and chrome exhaust extender for my new CR-V. Quick shipping. Good prices (relatively). I just wish they would offer a discount for a re-order. I would like a cargo mat for the V.

Excellent info on the details and installation instructions(which are included).
All items ordered were delivered promptly and all parts included.

If you're buying one or two inexpensive accessories like splash guards or an exhaust tip, H and A is the cheapest. With more expensive items ($100+) and especially if you're getting like 4-6 accessories at the same time, Wholesale Direct has the best prices. Their shipping is higher on single items, but with multiple items you come out ahead with WD. Majestic Honda also has better prices when you get multiple items.

They are great to deal with. I have ordered parts from them, emailed them regarding parts, had a part replaced due to shipping damages, and returned parts due to my own fault. They have been fantastic on all counts!

Bernardi as well as HANDA are excellent. I've purchased from both and have been totally satisfied with their services and products. Two excellent outfits!
Bought and received 4 items (door visors, mats, tray and moulding) from them and was very pleased. With the exchange rate (us/can) including shipping and broker fees / taxes ($240), I still came out ahead about $480. Canadians are gouged big time . Would do it again in a heartbeat! :D

I, like many here, have ordered from them with awesome results. Though the website claims instructions are not included, I have often found them inside with my invoice and have always downloaded the instructions off their website while I wait for my parts (I get itchy to install!).
You'll be happy to order from them as they are happy to support our site (and listen to our requests).
