Grill

Hi,
I just bought a 2009 CRV EX L. Does anyone know how to remove the chrome bar in the grill that has the Honda emblem on it? I want to open the area up and put some mesh in there.

find the member "peacemaker" and ask him, I think his name has some numbers afterwards, I think it is peacemaker1911 send him a PM, I've seen that he actually removed the entire grill. On most cars, it is possible to remove the grill by pulling the radiator facade (the decorative plastic piece under the hood right on top of the grill and radiator) and then puling bumper clips and/or screws to get the grill off. Usually everything attached to a grill, including the "V" that connects to the Honda emblem will be removable via screw or clip on the back of the grill.
