We thought you'd like to see a standard 2004 CRV mixing with the 'big boys toys' in the mountain rivers of Victoria Australia (Howqua River). The quality isn't great as they taken from video footage but they still show what a CRV can take. The CRV is stock standard, no fancy tyres, just a heavy right boot to make it work hard.
Enjoy:-)

Smart idea to cover the bumper and grill openings before forging into the deep water.

Hello there 'KinkyJ',
I know I'm very late in responding to your thread, but I would so like to see that vid capturing your water and off road adventures! I have scoured YouTube, and seen some of Fox22 and wandered if you had posted yours?
Would you consider posting it - it would receive so much interest from members here on this site, or do you have any further pictures from your off roading?
Would be great to share some of your experiences off road. I hope all is going well with your very capable 'V'!

hey that's sick. can a stock 1st gen do that, or do I need to get a different air supply system/seal the compartment... and if not, at which depth do I need to?
and second question - does the cockpit seal well in water like that?
