so here are a couple pix of my roadtrip that I was asking Serj a lot of questions about lol... Nothing much, just the same usual typical tourist spots. lol.

HEy, you made it to fisherman's warf and took a picture in front of the giant crab sign! Good! Glad you figured out how to get there. Who's the girl? I have never seen any of those places without 1,000s of people walking along the street, could be because I never go to SF except on Hollidays...
Why does it always look so cloudy in SF (at least in all the pics)? I thought it was perpetually sunny. It's California isn't it?

If it's not cloudy in SF, something's up. Since it's right on the tip of the bay, and on the ocean, it's pretty foggy most of the time, except for around 2pm-ish when the sun comes out for a few hours, then it gets foggy and dark later. You may be thinking of South Ca as sunny all the time, except LA, where there's that cloud of dust and smog, but that's not there by choice. It's usually sunny where i live, and that's a good thing, because sometimes it gets cold here.
Also, Den, I noticed that one of the shots was at the foot of Lombard St. Did you drive down it?

The sun doesn't really shine much in SF. Having family there (my mom grew up there), the bay area itself isn't really like the typical warm and sunny LA or San Diego weather everyone thinks of. SF is usually cool and breezy being in the bay.
Next time you go, check out the Miur Woods right north of SF along the coast. If you take the V, drive the paths to and from the beach, too. Very windy and you can get that vertigo feeling! Awesome!

I know I'm still surprised I made it to my planned destinations without really getting lost! I just looked for them on POI (points of interest) on my 2003 Tomtom and I found them lol.
SF is not SF if the weather is warm and sunny! It has to be cold and foggy for it to be truly San Francisco.
It's a weekday, so that probably suggests that not a lot of people are there compared to weekends and holidays.
Yes we both walked down and up Lombard Street AND drove down it. :) Gotta say that my V has tackled the street haha.
I have more pictures I can post since now most are uploaded to the internet somewhere.
The girl, is a friend. :) She's the one in the "Pic of you and your V" and I visited her in San Fran real quick.
