Rim Fitment

I'm looking to get a set of 18" rims the complete specs are 18x8.5 with a +33 offset, i was wondering if these would fit my 2001 lx (fwd) or would spacers or machining be necessary, any help would be great thanks. BTW what is the factory offset on the 97-01 models.
