Noisy at Idle - 2008

I'm noticing quite a bit of what sounds like valve lash or a small exhaust leak when idling. The weird part is that the noise is different in park vs. in drive with the park applied.

Any suggestions on what might be the issue before I just hand it over to the dealership to diagnose?

Is this with a cold engine? It would sound different in drive as you put a load on the engine. If it is still under warranty, let the dealer fiqure it out. Read other posts on noise and tappet adjustments. From what I can find out, when the engine is cold, it takes a while for oil to reach the camshaft area and a little noise will result until this area receives lubrication and the engine has warmed up.
