2010 Diesel to get 150hp and AT

Released by Honda a few days ago, the new CRV out early 2010 has a very slightly restyled look, and the diesel will be the iDtec from the Accord with 150hp. And you can get an auto box now too.

Seems the new engine may be less smooth than the current one, not sure if that's true or not, but an extra 10hp would certainly be welcome; sometimes the odd overtaking manoeuvre can be a little bit tight. (But then I did used to have an S4!)

It looks like the new diesel engine that meet the Euro5 regulations are a bit noisier than the Euro4 ones (this is true for several car makers).

On the other side, people who testdrove the i-DTEC Accord seem to have noticed that the one with the auto gearbox is quieter than the manual one :confused:

Doubt this will happen but the 180bhp version from the Accord Type S would be interesting
