Small part under dash

I recently had an XM satellite receiver installed in my 2004 CRV. Yesterday the panel beneath the steering column dropped down. There is a small part that secures this to the underside of the dashboard. The flange that secures this was broken off. What is the name of this part and where can I find a new one?

It's a bad angle, and not in the illustration where you would see it on the car, but is part 10 what you are talking about? It's called "cover assembly, driver lower" and lists for about $29. Take a picture if you can and post it.

I have even heard of it being referred to as a knee bolster.
