How can I help my arthritic Golden Retriever get in our CR-V?

Lulu, my Golden Retriever, is 10 years old and arthritic. Does anyone have a good idea about how we could rig up some contraption to get her in and out of the CR-V. It would have to be something we could carry in the back when she travels with us, of course. Thanks for any suggestions!
