Another TPMS and VSA issue

I acquired a 2007 CRV recently. I am going to go for winter tires and generic steel rims. Now I have learnt the TPMS light will stay ON and I will not be able to turn off VSA in case I need to use it if I am stuck in snow and need more power to get out.

Questions:

1) Can I pull out the VSA fuse from under the hood and will it cut off VSA so that I can get out of snow if I am stuck. If that is so, I see there are two VSA fuse labelled

20Amp VSA/ABS FSR
40Amp VSA/ABS MTR

Which one I pull out.

2) In Spring when I mount my all-seasons back, will the TPMS start working on its own. Will I need to go to the dealer to get it reset.

Thanks in advance.

i'm not 100% sure for no. 1 answer.

for no. 2 - supposedly, when you put the wheels back on, the system will go back to normal on its own. no need to reset by dealer.
