Here's two pics of my new v. We went fishing today and I took a couple of pictures when I ran back to the car to grab something. I need to get some new center caps. I found some on ebay, but was outbidded when I went fishing. LOL! I want to get some small dents popped out and do a few things to it, but it's pretty clean. I'm really starting to love it!:D

Nice gen 1! Are those tyres larger than stock size? They look taller and wider.

I'm not sure if they're larger than stock. I'll have to find out the stock size and then compare.

You were right, Alpine, they are larger than stock. They are P215/70R15. Is this an okay size? Will I have any problems?

It fills the wheel wells a little more. It does carry a slight mpg hit from the increased width and a slight reduction in off the line power from the extra weight of the larger tires. Certainly not enough to be concerned with. They look good on it!

Tire size is fine.

I'm running 235/60/16 on my first gen with no issues.

We need the bigger tires in Houston for all the flooding!

Oh yeah, it rains like crazy here! Can you believe this weather we've been having, Goldenboy? I can but it just really sucks! It's been raining for over a week every single day!

It was a joke. I was playing on the whole "all Texans are rednecks" stereotype.

Yeah, your car is lowered, right? It hasn't flooded yet, but I'm sure it will. Hasn't rained today either, but it will. Yesterday the sun was out, nice clouds and then it started to rain really hard.

I wish the rain would stop. It's so depressing for me. :(

Mine is laid out as my car club calls it.

Oh, that's right, you're not just lowered; you're laid out! Nice, nice!! Hey where did you get your tails? Did you clear the turn signal yourself or did you get them aftermarket?

I got them from Paul on HondaSUV but he was selling them for a friend that lived in Arlington and I found out later its the same guy that I got the air ride from. I need to get another set before I start showing that or polish one of them out.

Your dark green is simply smashing. I wished they still offered it now. The only dark colors in 07 are red, blue, and black. I like the black, but I love your green. Must be the Irish in me. Green Pearl? Well I would have to find another name.

Great looking V!

Thanks!!! I've never owned a green car, but I really like the color too!!
