Has anyone used E-3 SparkPlugs on their CRV?
They are more expensive (about $6 each) than standard plugs but theyare supposed to be more efficent, increace horsepower and save gas.

http://www.e3sparkplugs.com/I'll have to be a skeptic.
Here's why. Many, many people over the years have reported on how even Bosch plugs just don't work properly in a Honda of any model and that they have switched back to the OEM NGK's. I have about 40k miles on my 99's replacement NGK Iridium's and when I pulled them to do a recent valve adjustment, they still looked like brand new! In addition, a recent check of the wife's 04 showed her 48k miles plugs as new as well. It just doesn't seem worth the effort to experiment, knowing the Bosch experience many have had.
