Headlight upgrade

Is it possible to upgrade the headlights to a HID lamp? or is it possible to upgrade the light on a 02 model to the one on the 05 or 06 models?

I'm not serious about, just wondering if it is possible.

I'm not serious about, just wondering if it is possible.I don't think they are the same and it even if so, would require quite a bit of wiring changes. A good lighting upgrade would be to install the Osram Silverstars. You used to have to get them from the UK - powerbulbs.com, but they are now sold in Autozone, Wal-Mart, etc. Look for the package to say either imported from Canada or Germany and the bulb will say OSRAM Made in Germany on the base. Under $20 a pair. Do not buy the set if they are not labeled as such. The Sylvania Silverstars burn out really quick in a Honda.

To add to 2RedV's: HID need a separate power amplifier for each headlight (BTW, where are you going to fit all that extra hardware under the hood), and you'll need to upgrade the power leads, tends to suck in more amps. I've seen import kits from Japan for other makes and models, too much work in my opinion.

But if you want that custom look, there are the blackened bucket version of the headlamp, instead of all the reflective finish around all the lights it black plastic instead. Something to consider.
