2005 or 2006

Greetings.

I am thinking up trading my 07 Honda Civic in for a CRV. I like the 06 and earlier model CRV's (Gen2?). Just wondering if anyone can tell me the differences between the 05 and 06 CRV (If there are any) Is it worth the extra cash to get the 06, say comparing an 05 and 06 with roughly the same mileage. Are they both made in Japan?

I am by no means a car expert but I found a lot of helpful info on here when I was trying to decide. I went with the 05 CRV SE because it was cheaper and had all of the same components of the 06. If you can find an 05 with similar miles to the 06 then I would say go for it. I prefer the older models as well!
